In December of this year, Harpenden junior and ex first team captain George Attfield will be taking on the Worlds Toughest Row from La Gomera to Antigua.

George will be taking on the ultimate challenge, rowing a total of 3,000 miles, 12 hours a day, for up to 40 days in a team of two named The Wave Wranglers (@thewavewranglers)

He’s calling on the club, a place he’s dedicated much of his time and energy to over the last 15 years, to help him achieve something amazing. George will be rowing to raise money for British Heart Foundation and you can donate via this link.
